MR. J. E. ELLIS (Nottingham, Rushcliffe)

asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, Whether there is any difference between the powers and duties of Resident and Ordinary Magistrates in Ireland in relation to the proclamation or suppression of public meetings in that country; and, if so, in what such difference consists?
