THE MARQUESS OF HARTINGTON, in reply, said, there had been a good deal of Correspondence on the subject; and the conclusion he had arrived at was to the effect that the matter was more one for the attention of the War Office than of the India Office. He would be very glad to show the hon. Member the Correspondence; and before next Session he would consider whether he would lay it on the Table.
