SEXTON (for Mr. DAWSON)asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieu- 1343 tenant of Ireland, Whether he will now produce Copies of the Petition of Mr. John Lyons with reference to the contract for supplying milk to the Armagh Lunatic Asylum, and of the Report of Dr. Nugent on the inquiry recently held by him as to illegal and fraudulent tampering with tenders in the office of the Asylum; whether he will state if any and what decision has been come to by the Government; and, whether the inquiry held by Dr. Nugent was a sworn inquiry, and steps were taken to compel the attendance of witnesses needful in the case?
