<p>Whenever a claimant goes through the Personal Independence Payment assessment or the Work Capability Assessment, their functional ability, including the impact of any progressive and/or fluctuating condition, is considered and reflected in the outcome decision. The claimant can report a change in their circumstances, for example a deterioration or improvement in their condition, which they consider affects their existing award, at any time. This will be considered on its merits and the case reviewed as appropriate.</p> |
