Procedure considered by the Business and Trade Committee (BTC) Notes
A step of type Business step.
The Business and Trade Committee examined all legislative reform orders between April 2023 and September 2026. It considered whether the minister s recommended the appropriate level of scrutiny and could require a higher level. It had 30 days to do this.
Scope note: The Business and Trade Committee meets on an adhoc basis so we should be keeping an eye on the Vote for any reports.
