§ Baroness Scotland of AsthalNumbers of reported domestic violence incidents where an arrest was made have been collected from police forces since 31 March 2003 as one of the suite of best value performance indicators for police forces. Not all forces have been able to provide the information on domestic violence arrests. Those that have are listed in the following table.
