How many fly-tipping cases the Environment Agency handled in the years 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003 respectively. [HL361]

§ Lord Whitty
The Environment Agency dealt with 3.055 fly-tipping incidents in 2000, 3,765 incidents in 2001, 4,997 incidents in 2002 and 5,399 incidents in 2003.
The Agency prosecuted 221 cases in 2000, 244 in 2001, 273 in 2002 and 254 in 2003.
