Whether the rate of expenditure from the Global Conflict Prevention Pool in (a) the Middle East, and (b) Afghanistan has been in line with the original budget for the years 2002–03 and 2003–04. [HL4040]

The Global Conflict Prevention Pool (GCCP) strategies which cover the Middle East region are: the Iraq strategy (which began in FY 2003–04), and the Middle East & North Africa Strategy (MENA).
