§ Baroness Scotland of AsthalThe Youth Justice Board has provided the following which relates to England and Wales
121 young people under the age of 18 were held in custody for breaches of an ASBO as their 23WA primary offence between 16 June 2004 and 15 September 2004. 40 per cent of these were held on remand.Information on young people who have breached anti-social behaviour orders and those breaches which have resulted in custody since 30 April 2004 is not yet available.
