§ Mr. IngramThe Daily Mirror informed the Department's Press Office at around 3:45 pm on 30 April 2004 that they would be publishing some photographs purporting to show physical abuse of an Iraqi detainee by British Army personnel. A selection of photographs was subsequently published the next day.
