§ Mr. HuttonNational Health Service foundation trust applicants in wave one were allocated £250,000 in financial support to assist them in their preparations for their application and establishment as a NHS foundation trust. The amount was agreed through discussion with applicants. Financial support for wave one A and future waves is being agreed in a similar way.
