§ Alun MichaelThe letter referred to by the right hon. Member concerned European Rules on vitamin and mineral supplements which is a matter for the Department of Health. The letter was transferred to the Food Standards Agency on 28 April and the right hon. Member was informed that the transfer had taken place. It is not appropriate for me to comment on when a response will be sent by Department of Health.
