To ask the Secretary State for Health who will receive the profits of sale of NHS land for housing where a foundation trust is in existence. [177470]

Mr. Hutton

A national health service foundation trust may retain the profits of sale of its land subject to demonstrating that these will be used to further its public interest mandate.
