§ Mr. McNultyThe Department was formed in May 2002. The Department spent £122.2 million in 2002–03 and £42.1 million in the period 1 April 2003 to 31 December 2003 on all types of consultancy excluding research. Separate figures for management consultancy are not held centrally.
