However, for the 10 largest recipients of bilateral assistance, the table lists total allocations and allocations of direct budget support (DBS) in 2002–03. As the table shows, allocations of DBS to the 10 largest recipients represent 58 per cent. of total DBS allocations and 7 per cent. of the total DFID bilateral programme.
