§ Dawn PrimaroloI refer the hon. Member to the answer that the Minister for Pensions gave him on 3 November 2003,Official Report, column 467W. Most of those who were not already receiving Child Tax Credit (CTC), who were expected to still have dependent children at the introduction of Pension Credit (PC) and who were expected to qualify for PC at that date, were automatically transferred to tax credits. They are now receiving the CTC, if still entitled.
