§ Dr. HowellsEnglish Heritage has not compulsory purchased any properties since 1999. It served a compulsory purchase order in that year, in respect of a property in the City of Westminster, but the owner commenced repair work and the order was put in abeyance. English Heritage has not served a compulsory purchase order since then.
