HL Deb 03 June 2003 vol 648 c143WA
Lord Morris of Manchester

asked Her Majesty's Government:

What contacts they have had with Iraq's neighbours on the possible whereabouts of Saddam Hussein and unaccounted-for senior members of his regime; and whether they are confident that they are not now resident in any neighbouring country. [HL2839]

Baroness Symons of Vernham Dean:

The coalition has been successful in apprehending some of the "most-wanted" figures of the Saddam Hussein regime. Our efforts continue, but it is not appropriate to disclose operational details.
