Section 1 of the CTRL (channel tunnel to Fawkham Junction, north Kent) is now over 90 per cent. complete and on target for completion by the end of 2003. Section 2 of the CTRL (Kent to St. Pancras in London) is over 30 per cent. complete on target for opening in early 2007.
