Whether they will publish the correspondence between the chairman of the Better Regulation Task Force arid the Secretary of State for Health in respect of excessive red tape in the care home sector as referred to in the Financial Times on 25 October. [HL6238]

In line with the Better Regulation Task Force Code of Practice on Access to Government Information Publication Scheme, the task force routinely publishes all of its responses to government consultation documents.
