§ Mr. Mike O'BrienMy right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary, has raised human rights abuses regularly with the Governments of India and Pakistan, including during his last visit to the region on 18–20 July. I also recently discussed a wide range of human rights issues, including Kashmir, during my visit to India on 17 October.
