§ Yvette CooperThe information requested in regard to national insurance contributions is not available. However, I can confirm that as a result of the Budget, the national health service in England will receive an annual average real terms growth in resources of 7.4 per cent. for the five years from 2003–04 to 2007–08. Local allocations to primary care trusts will be announced later this year.
