§ Mr. MacShane
In October 2001 a Memorandum of Understanding with the Argentines was concluded to enable a British-led feasibility study funded by the Argentines into demining the Falkland Islands to be carried out. The first Joint Working Party (JWP) meeting on the feasibility study was held in Buenos Aires on 3 and 4 December 2001.
