To ask the Secretary of State for Defence (i) if he will make a statement on the strategic implications of the decision by BAE to move manufacture of explosives abroad; [41818]

(2) what his policy is on buying British made explosives for ordnance to be used on the battle field; [41815]

(3) what powers he has to compel the continuation of explosive manufacturing in the United Kingdom. [41817]
