§ Mr. IngramLieutenant Colonel Saggar has been granted leave to appeal the decision of the Employment Tribunal to the Employment Appeal Tribunal. A preliminary hearing has been listed for 1 July 2002. It would therefore be inappropriate for me to comment further on matters relating to this case in view of the on-going proceedings.
