Data is inputted into the Defence Housing Executive (DHE) database of repairs by DHE staff. The provision of IT services to DHE, including an application that maintains the database of housing repairs, is managed by Steria Ltd. (formerly Bull Information Systems Ltd.) under a contract let on 7 September 2001.
