To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what has been the change in income tax liability for each year since 1997 of the(a) top one per cent., (b)top five per cent., (c)top 10 per cent., (d)bottom 75 per cent., (e) bottom 50 per cent., and (f) bottom 10 per cent., of taxpayers. [26278]
