HC Deb 19 April 2002 vol 383 c1204W
Mr. Gray

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales how many contracts the Wales Office has with consultants; what level of professional indemnity insurance is standard in contracts with small consultants; whether he can make exceptions to the level of professional indemnity insurance; and what recent discussions he has had with other Government departments about the level of professional indemnity insurance. [50835]

Mr. Murphy

[holding answer 18 April 2002]: My Department currently has one contract. There is no standard level of insurance required, it would depend on the nature and purpose of the contract.
