Ms Keeble

I refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave to the hon. Member for South Suffolk (Mr. Yeo) on 16 November 2001,Official Report, column 906W.

Nick Harvey

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions what offers have been made(a) to purchase and (b) to lease (i) the Millennium Dome and (ii) the site of the Millennium Dome since 1 January. [18070]

Ms Keeble

While the process to secure a long-term use of the Dome continues, it would not be appropriate to publish such information, which is commercially confidential. To reveal any of these details would undermine on-going discussions, would not be conducive to a successful conclusion and would be against the public interest.
