To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions if he will place in the Library a copy of the instructions given to Ernst & Young to prepare the review of the value for money of the PPP for London Underground. [14486]

My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State has today placed in the Library a copy of the terms of reference agreed with Ernst & Young for this review.
