§ Mr. HillIt is for local authorities to decide how to deliver their local casualty reduction targets. However, well resourced road safety units can provide an important focus to this work, helping to ensure that targets are achieved. It is vital that local authorities keep to their targets to ensure delivery of the national targets to be achieved by 2010.
