§ Lord Falconer of ThorotonPRISMA is a research project funded by the European Commission's Information Society Technologies (IST) Programme from September 2000 to February 2003. It aims to provide an analysis of the current and future impacts of new information and communication technologies on government services in Europe. No UK government body is a member of the project consortium. PRISMA is required to publish findings as part of the conditions of funding and, where relevant to the UK's e-government initiative, the results will be taken into consideration.
