Friend the Member for Selby (Mr. Grogan) on 20 March 2001,Official Report, column 186W, I expressed the Government's welcome for this report and the work that we, the Environment Agency and others would be undertaking to pursue the lessons learned. I do not propose making any further response to the report at this time.
