The Highways Agency working group to review the standards for the provision of nearside safety fences on major roads has met twice, on Friday 8 June and Friday 13 July 2001. The Highways Agency proposes to submit the report on the working group's findings to the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions in the autumn.
