When they intend to publish the responses to the consultation paper Electronic Conveyancing: A Draft Order under Section 8 of the Electronic 110WA Communications Act 2000 (CP: 5/2001), published on 16 March. [HL328]

The consultation period closed on 25 June. I have arranged for copies of the responses to be placed in the Libraries of both Houses. My department is currently preparing an analysis of the responses and that will be published shortly.
