To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport (1) what advice he has received, from whom, and when, as to the solvency of the New Millennium Experience Company; [134495]

(2) if he will make a statement on the liability of directors of the New Millennium Experience Company under the Companies Acts. [134483]

To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport what assessment he has made of the New Millennium Experience Company's fulfilment of the requirements placed upon it by section 221 of the Companies Act 1985, with particular reference to the requirement to maintain a record of its assets and liabilities.
