These meetings were attended by Lord Falconer, Minister of State at the Cabinet Office and Shareholder of the New Millennium Experience Company, Andrew Smith, Chief Secretary to the Treasury, and Hilary Armstrong, Minister for Local Government and the Regions. Officials from the Competition Team, the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions (DETR), English Partnerships (EP), the New Millennium Experience Company (NMEC), and the Millennium Commission (MC) were also present.
