§ Mr. MeacherThe Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions and the Secretary of State for Health will decide whether to allow the full operation of the Sellafield mixed oxides (MOX) plant when they have considered all the evidence before them, including the responses to last year's consultation exercise as well as the implications of the data falsification incident at the Sellafield MOX Demonstration Facility. The eventual decision document will explain their reasons in full and I shall ensure that a copy is sent to my hon. Friend.
