§ Mr. DenhamThe Severalls Hospital site is not currently being marketed. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State is currently seeking planning consent for the site, which is dependent on adjoining land and road access to be discussed with Colchester borough council. Subject to this, it is anticipated that the Severalls Hospital site will be put on the market between autumn 2001 and spring 2002.
