§ Mr. SpellarThe Sea Cadet Association estimates that its use of the Criminal Records Bureau will cost around £15,000 per year. The Army Cadet Force estimates that it will spend about £20,000 per year, while the Air Training Corps has allocated £6,000 per year in future budgets for the cost of inquiries.
