§ Mr. MorleyThe Ministry's policy on all slow renewables such as peat is to substitute them with suitable organic wastes such as compost, manure, leaf mould, bark chippings or coir. This policy is included in MAFF's Greening Operations Strategy, which was updated and reissued in June 1999.
