§ Mr. Paul Murphy[holding answer 11 February 2000]: All food served at departmental official functions is provided by an external caterer registered on the list of approved Government hospitality suppliers, and obliged to meet all legal requirements and relevant regulations governing the procurement and preparation of food and related activities.
