To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment what the average class sizes were(a) in (i) primary and (ii) middle schools, and (b) for (1) seven, (2) eight, (3) nine, (4) 10, (5) 11, (6) 12, (7) 13, (8) 14, (9) 15, (10) 16 and (11) 17 year olds in the last three years in the city of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
