Whether they will publish the recommendations of the report by Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Constabulary on Community Safety and Partnership. [HL2153]

Yes. I have today placed in the Library a note of the recommendations from the report, together with the Commissioner's responses and the police authority responses, which take into account the advice my right honourable friend the Home Secretary and my noble friend the Under-Secretary of State at the Home Office (Lord Bassam of Brighton) have received from the Metropolitan Police Committee.
