§ Lord BachMy honourable friend the Under-Secretary of State at the Home Office, Mr O'Brien, is pleased to announce that he has appointed Beverley Bernard as Deputy Chair for the Commission for Racial Equality. The appointment is initially for three years on a part-time basis.
