§ Mr. HoonIn response to Iraqi threats to coalition aircraft, RAF aircraft took action, in self-defence, against 36 targets in Iraq during 1999. All targets were part of the Iraqi Integrated Air Defence System and included Anti-Aircraft Artillery, Surface-to-Air Missiles and Military Command and Control facilities.
