§ Mr. SpellarThere are nine temporary injunctions currently in force which were applied for by the Ministry of Defence against authors or publishers in relation to the disclosure of material harmful to national security or in breach of confidentiality obligations owed to the MOD. I am withholding further information under exemptions 4 and 14 of the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information.
