§ Mr. McFallThe Equality Commission is currently making preparations to appoint a Director of Disability and an additional operational post. In August 1999 it temporarily allocated an existing Director to take responsibility for disability issues including making preparations for the new advisory and enforcement powers, accommodation and staffing and organisational structure.
