To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security how many appellants from(a) Orkney, (b) Shetland and (c) Scotland had to wait (i) up to three months, (ii) three to six months, (iii) six to 12 months, and (iv) over 12 months from the date of lodging an appeal against the decision of an adjudication officer to the date of the tribunal hearing, in respect of appeals lodged since 1 January 1997.
