§ Angela EagleMost full-time students are not entitled to Housing Benefit as support for students comes through the educational maintenance system rather than Social Security. However, certain students in vulnerable groups, such as lone parents, remain eligible to claim. There are no plans to change this position.
We intend publish a housing Green paper.
